1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoltStrategist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VoltStrategist is a free-to-play, turn-based business simulation game for educational purposes. The game simulates running an electric vehicle startup over 24 quarters of strategic decisions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person may create multiple game sessions but should maintain only one user account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse engineer the game engine or competitor AI, automating gameplay through bots or scripts, or interfering with other users' experience.

5. Intellectual Property

All game content, including but not limited to the simulation engine, UI design, and educational materials, is owned by VoltStrategist. You retain ownership of any personal data you provide.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Game outcomes are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial or business advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

VoltStrategist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
